waking up for nothing

... is going back to sleep again and again.

I, who normally wake up at ~10 am after 10s of alarms in 10-minute intervals (that make me walk 50 steps each to get them turned off), woke up today at 6:45 in one alarm, despite sleeping at 1:30 am.

Why? Because I had a friend waiting for a planned walk at sharp 7.

No matter what I try, I cannot wake up early if I have no obligations.

And why should I wake up when I have nothing to do?

So I’m going to think through what I’ve to do when I wake before sleeping. That should help.
