When I'm not Creative
Waiting for creativity to arrive is like waiting for a math problem to solve itself.
I have a hard time continuing something. I start a lot of things like my 6 Substacks and end up writing none of them consistently (except this one).
So this is for future me, who will inevitably get bored writing:

Julian Shapiro’s mental model of Creativity Faucet. Basically, thinking of your creativity like a faucet with bad water lined up, you’ll have to empty the bad water before you get to the good waters.
Ali Abdaal says something similar in his Part-Time YouTuber Academy too:
